I have recently been on holiday over the Christmas and New Year period staying in Saundersfoot with relatives.

During the visit, we were persuaded to take part in the Saundersfoot NYDS and, without doubt, it was one of the best days we had over the festive period. The swim was very well organised and from the warm-up routine to the run to the water we all enjoyed the event immensely.

Please could you pass on the thanks of our family to all the organisers and we will definitely be back next year, but next time in fancy dress.
