Weekly fun football sessions have been launched in Pembrokeshire for boys and girls aged five to 11.
They will be held at leisure centres at Crymych, Fishguard, Haverfordwest, Milford Haven, Pembroke and Tenby, and are suitable for all abilities.
Each session will consist of skill practices and small sided games, with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment.
The scheme is organised by Sport Pembrokeshire, the sports development arm of Pembrokeshire County Council, and sponsored by Chevron, and the Welsh Football Trust.
All fun football sessions will be on astroturf (except Crymych and Milford Haven which will be in a Sports Hall) so children are asked to wear suitable clothing, including shinpads, trainers, and waterproof clothing if necessary. They also need to bring a drink as the activities will include plenty of running.
If parents would like their son or daughter to attend, they just need to turn up on the day, fill in a registration form, and pay for the session.

The sessions will take place locally as follows: Pembroke Leisure Centre - Saturdays (starting on October 9) 10-11 am; Tenby Leisure Centre - Fridays (starting Friday, October 8) 5-6 pm. Cost is £2.50 per session.
