May is Cystic Fibrosis Awareness month. And to mark the occasion, as part of the Mia Appeal, on Saturday, 45 ladies took part in a 'Pembs Ladies Day' Great Strides Walk. In glorious sunshine, wearing the Great Strides t- shirts, they walked seven kilometres from Kilgetty Sports Club to Saundersfoot. They left at 10.30 am and enjoyed lunch and refreshments in Saundersfoot Sports Club before walking back. Thanks go to all the 'ladies' who took part, Roger and Staff at Saundersfoot Sport Club and Kelly at Kilgetty Sports Club. A great day was had by all. Next event for Mia's Appeal is on Saturday, May 26 (Bank Holiday Saturday), when there will be a fancy dress mystery tour, leaving the Boars Head, Templeton, at 6.45 pm (with five mystery stops), before returning at 10.45 pm Fancy Dress Theme - dress as anything starting with the same letter as your first name!
