IN this Sunday's Wales on the Move (ITV1 Wales, 6 - 6.30 pm), presented Lucy Owen looks at a range of different walks throughout Wales favoured by a range of different people.

The programme joins round-the-world yachtsman Richard Tudor on his favourite walk on the Llyn Peninsular. As a child, Richard would spend much of his time strolling around the Llanbedrog Headland - and even though he's spent years travelling to some of the world's most exotic places - this walk around Llanbedrog is still his favourite. David Alston is the arts director of the Arts Council of Wales. Leading us on an artists' trail, we visit the Abergavenny area and see the areas which inspired the artists David Jones and George Rowlett. Both took inspiration from the same area, but their interpretation of the beauty of the countryside is very different. David is also joined by the park ranger, John Sanson.

Further west in Pembrokeshire, we'll be taking a look at some good practice in action. The 'Steps to Health' scheme is an initiative that involves a range of agencies all with the aim of getting people back to health through walking. The programme joins a group of walkers as they wander along Wiseman's Bridge.

And in North Wales, the programme hears the story of the WI who recently celebrated their 90th birthday with a walk around Llanfair PG. The WI organisation started its life in Anglesey, so it's more than fitting that they celebrate such a milestone in the town.
