By the time this letter is printed the voting will be over and the result of the Referendum will have been decided.
Around the world people are crying out, even dying for the right to vote. It should not be forgotten that this right was only achieved in Britain by disenfranchised citizens being prepared to do the same.
If some people opt to abstain, that is also their right. However, if they choose this course of action they cannot afterwards complain about the outcome.
Participation in our democratic process should be cherished.
