First visitors to Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre at the start of the new season were the chairman of Pembrokeshire County Council, Clr. Wynne Evans, and local MP Simon Hart.
They paid an informal visit to the centre which in April celebrates the second anniversary of its official opening by The Queen.
Welcoming the VIPs was Sunderland Trust chairman, Gareth Mills, along with other trustees, staff and volunteers, who briefed them on new projects and plans for the coming year.
Until Easter, the Heritage Centre will be open Wednesdays to Saturdays inclusive, 10 am to 4 pm. From Easter weekend, there will be six days a week opening (all but Sundays). Group visits are especially welcomed.
