The annual Monkton Village Fayre proved to be another great success for the local community. People were entertained by compere for the afternoon, Neil Thomas, as well as a local magician and the hugely energetic Seren Fach Irish dancers and Kelly Williams School School of Dance. There proved to be something for everyone, including bouncy castles, a lucky dip, face painting, glitter tattoos, traditional games, guess the name of the teddy, raffle, and other items for sale, including jewellery and plants and locally grown vegetables kindly donated by Stackpole Mencap Gardens. The highlight of the afternoon was the final of Monkton's Got Talent which involved individuals and groups performing a variety of songs and dance acts. The event was organised by Monkton Young People First and supported by local residents and Pembrokeshire Communities First.
