MANY people do not realise that collections of old picture postcards can be quite valuable, especially animated street scenes with trams and early motor cars and industrial views such as coalmines.
It is for this reason that national auctioneers, Warwick and Warwick, are visiting the area to advise people on values and to offer a vending service for those wanting to realise the value. They will also be valuing stamps, coins, cigarettes cards and medals.
