Sir, Re. Whitlow, I believe the letter from the Stafford family wasn't intended to be disrespectful to anyone. Mr. Evans's idea of a residents committee is very sound. So we must concern ourselves with the real issue: Are we for or against the development at the rear of Whitlow? The community council were notified about the development (February 22), but forgot to inform the residents! Only by chance it came to the knowledge of the residents a few days before any petition was to be submitted to the National Park Authority. (April). The petition was signed by 100 or so residents!
