At their meeting on Tuesday night, Tenby Town Council were given an interesting presentation by two local Guides, who had recently returned from trips to two European cities with glowing reports. The council had given donations to Rainbow members Emma Harries and Jenny Hall, who had both worked extremely hard in raising funds for their recent visits to Helsinki and Munich, respectively. Clr. Trevor Hallet, who chaired the meeting in the absence of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor, said: "It's nice to see the youth movements of the town making worthwhile trips to other cities. I'm sure it's an experience that will live long in the memory."
