Is it just me? Pembrokeshire Council cut the parking spaces in Tenby from 24 to 12 and disabled to just two - why? Enhancement!
The car parking rates have been increased, not by the rate of inflation, but by an insane 260 per cent. Never mind, though, because they are bringing the Dyster Fountain back, oh joy! (love to know just how much the total cost of that little lot will be).
I thought it was finally taken away because it kept getting knocked down. Never mind, it is part of the grand enhancement plan.
When they narrowed the streets, it was because the pavements were going to be widened. They were and then bollards were placed along the sides restricting pedestrian movement, negating any improvement.
Never mind, the man in St. Flo thinks we all should get on our bikes, which will be very practical given our climate.
Add to this the fact that business rates will be going through the roof in the spring and I get a very uneasy feeling that our county council do not like us and our town council really do not care.
