Pembroke Dock Harlequins RFC Under 13s team and coaches Paul Rogers, Steve Hearn, Leighton Barrass and Keith Butland, were delighted to receive a full kit from Sarah Phillips and Sara Irwin, representatives of the generous sponsor, Dragon LNG.
The Under 13s are currently unbeaten in Pembrokeshire this season and are looking forward to displaying their new kit at forthcoming Pembrokeshire and Neyland tournaments. The Under 13s were given the opportunity to 'design a shirt' and the winner of the design, chosen by Dragon LNG, was George 'Clova' Kenniford.
Paul Rogers said: "We are extremely grateful for this generous sponsorship and I am sure the boys will wear their new kit with great pride." In addition, the Quins Under 8s squad were also given a set of kit and are very pleased to proudly wear their new shirts designed by one of the players from the older team.
Thanking Dragon LNG for their donation, the Under 8s coaches, Stuart Lewis and Michael Osborne, said: "We are hoping to follow in the footsteps of last year's U8s and carry the shirts to glory in the U8s championship qualifier at the Quins on Good Friday."
