THIS (Friday) evening and tomorrow (Saturday) at the Regency Hall, Saundersfoot, Talespinners present two one-act plays that are in turn funny, sad and poignant. First up is Swan Song by Vanessa Brooks. It's Donald's last day in the office before early retirement. What will he and his devoted secretary Margaret do now? Any plans the two may have are likely to be thwarted by his bored, lonely wife Mimi who has ideas of her own... This is followed by C-List by Derek Webb, which won two awards at the recent One-Act Festival in the Torch Theatre. It's moving day at Hobson Associates - theatrical agents. When an actress who claims to have aged overnight meets an actor who has had an equally life-changing experience, things will never be the same for either of them. And will it mean the overnight end of their celebrity status? Tickets are £5 (£4 concessions) and the show starts at 8 pm (doors open 7.30 pm).
