A top television presenter is tipped to be the new owner of a popular South Pembrokeshire tourist attraction. Get Me Out of Here!, on Monday, has viewed the park in person on numerous occasions and is likely to officially take over the attraction in January. "Until it is all finalised, I cannot really say anything more," said current owner, Mrs. Jo Williams, yesterday (Thursday). Mrs. Williams said she understood the couple, who have two children, were going to live locally and run the park as it is. Richardson, who was born in Swansea, currently lives in Glasgow. Manor House, on the market with offers being asked in the region of £980,000, is set in landscaped wooded grounds surrounding the manor house which is believed to date back to the 1600s. The house, previously known as Ivy Tower, was taken over by the current owners in 1982 and they acquired extra land and developed it into the current popular attraction that welcomes lots of visitors from Easter to the end of September. The park has many facilities, including a self- service cafeteria, arcade centre, ice-cream parlour, gift shop, bar and natural history museum, in addition to the numerous animals, birds and reptiles which are currently on loan as part of a breeding programme.
