Tenby's recent TV coverage has been given high ratings by a local councillor.

At Tuesday night's meeting of the town council, Clr. Mrs. Tish Rossiter gave the thumbs up the BBC's Tenby 24/7 and Don't Tell The Bride, and Channel 4's Grand Designs and Ironman Wales, which had showed off the town and its surrounding areas spectacularly.

"I think we should write a letter of praise to the stations; the coverage has been wonderful and shows why we should be so glad to live in this town," remarked Clr. Mrs. Rossiter.

The BBC are set to return to the resort soon to film an edition of 'Coming Home' featuring Tenby native, actor Charles Dale.
