PRIME residential property estate agents Fine and Country have launched their first TV advertising campaign.

The 30-second commercial will air on the Channel 4 group stations, known as ‘the home of property,’ including More4, E4 and Home.

The advert, which will run throughout March, April and May, will focus on Fine and Country’s lifestyle approach to selling homes as it depicts the wide range of properties on the market. Using the theme of ‘story telling,’ the advert focuses on the importance of choosing the right agent who understands how to turn a home into a bestseller.

“This is an exciting time for Fine and Country,” said Jon Cooke, CEO of Fine and Country. “We already have a very strong print and online presence, and TV was a natural next step to allow the brand to reach more people than ever before.

“In addition to the lifestyle element, the advert will also demonstrate that while we’re well-known for beautiful country houses, we also list a wide range of modern urban apartments and town houses, catering for all types of sellers of prime residential properties.”

Behind the scenes videos and stories will be published alongside the television advert and a closely linked print campaign will feature at the same time.
