When new guides are enrolled they are encouraged to select an unusual venue for the ceremony to make it as memorable as possible.
This term they had been hard at work creating a huge banner designed by themselves under the expert guidance of Guider Barbara Morris to celebrate the 600 years of the Tenby Charter.
To continue their historic theme the guides decided to choose the National Trust's Tudor Merchant's House for their special place.
Following a fascinating tour of the house with House Custodian Greg Grist, Guider Barbara Pegg enrolled Clara Lester, Jessica Wellam and Emma Tucker on the first floor of the house where the Merchant and his family would have lived.
