On Sunday, TROTs Running Club ran their annual Dambusters Race at Llysyfran Reservoir. There was a record turnout, with 101 people entering and 99 running.
TROTs runners had various successes, including winning the women's team prize.
Individual TROTs achievements included: Ann Thomas first over F35 and 1st female; Mel Watson first F45; Lindy Eynon second F45; Oona Crawford first F55; Pauline Thomas second F55; Adam Roberts second open male.
Thanks are extended to Tim and Francis Strickland who donated the money to buy 100 Welsh slate coasters to be awarded as prizes at events such as this.
The next TROTs event will be the race at Bwlch-y-Groes on Thursday, June 17, at 7 pm. This race covers around 10k, is great fun, and is only £5 to enter!
