Fourteen TROTs joined over 1,600 runners in the Llanelli half marathon.
Caryl Jones was the female winner, coming 15th overall. She ran a personal best time of one hour 23 minutes.
Kevin Griffiths was close behind, coming 25th. Next was Ben Perkins in 66th position and then Caroline Jones in 90th postion and the first female over 45 to finish. Mark Terry was 96th and then Cyril Walters in 206th and second over 60 to finish.
Also running were Claire Clethero, Jason Dickinson, Chris Birch, Amanda Morgan, Oona Crawford and Pauline Thomas.
Four TROTs, Dean John, Mark Terry, Helen Williams and Mike Hodges, all successfully completed the hilly Tregaron half marathon. Mike Hodges went on to run the Southdown Coastal Trail half marathon and Mark Terry completed the Pontypridd Reverse 10-mile race.
Caryl Jones travelled to Ireland to compete in a 3km road race in Armagh and did very well to finish in seventh position.
