Thirteen TROTs successfully completed the Cardiff half marathon. Ann Thomas set a personal best time and was first lady over 40 to finish.
TROTs who ran were Caryl Jones, Ben Perkins, Mark Terry, Martin Davies, Cyril Walters, Chris Birch, Tracy Sharratt, Oona Crawford, Amanda and Lon Morgan, Pauline Thomas, Liz Dutch and Liz Richards.
The following week, Martin Davies ran the Dublin marathon, while Brian Williams completed a half marathon in Devon.
Ian Williams was third overall at the Stroud half marathon.
At the West Wales championship at Pembrey, Jake Watson came second overall.
At the six-mile Llys-y-fran multi-terrain race, Mark Terry came 11th and was first over 50 male to finish. Claire Ceathero was 30th and third in her age category. Dave Giffiths was 32nd and Mike Hodges 56th.
