Twelve TROTs took part in the Taf Triathlon from Tegryn to Laugharne. The three events were cycling, running and finishing with rowing. Dean John, Dorian Thomas, Jim Cooper, Helen Williams, Tom and Richard Holliday, Roger Coombs, Penny Rees, Mike Hodges, Tessa Cooper, Lon Morgan and Liz Dutch all successfully completed the challenge. Kevin Griffiths, Mel Watson and Mark Terry all participated in the Swansea 5Km race, with Mel finishing third female and first in the veteran category. Six Trots ran the Silver Valley race at Hermon. Martin Davies was 10th, Dave Griffiths 14th, Claire Cleathero 16th and first open female, Lon Morgan 34th, Mike Hodges 36th and Adrian Varney 37th.
