The Gwent League was recently held at Pembrey Park.
Malcolm Adams came 92nd, Ian Morris 125th and Ron Morgan 185th.
In the female race, Melissa Watson was 4th, Helen Williams, Pauline Thomas 59th and Susan Thomas 85th.
Pauline Thomas was awarded a silver medal as she was second overall in her age group for the whole season. She was also awarded a plate for participating in the last 25 runs.
Megan Thomas was 28th in the under 15 age category.
At the Rhayader 20-mile race, Mike Evans came second in a time of one hour 57 minutes.
Ian Williams has been running for Welsh Schools at Brecon. Megan Thomas was second in the Welsh Championship.
Last week, Cyril Walters suceesfully completed the Rome Marathon under the strong sun and running just under half of it over cobbled streets in a time of three hours 42 minutes.
