BRIEFED and ready to swim, cycle and run, a team of solicitors from Hains and Lewis Solicitors in Haverfordwest are in training for the Triexercise Pembrokeshire Coast Triathlon on June 28 at Broad Haven. Emma Caughey is a keen swimmer and plays underwater hockey for Pembroke Octopush Club. Chris Sexton is a former member of Ingli Runners, Fishguard, and a familiar face at local running races. Ben Tuck has just joined Hains and Lewis and is an enthusiastic cyclist.
