National Park education officer Jill Simpson was at Templeton CP School this week to plant replacement trees for Oak and Rowan class. The classes in school have always been named after trees, but the oak and rowan specimens in school have sadly failed to flourish due to poor soil conditions. Hopefully these two new specimens will do better. Mrs. Simpson is to be thanked for the time she spent with the children.
