Narberth's popular Bridge Inn at Cox Lake has recently been refurbished.
Run by the Evans family for the last four years, the decor and furnishings of the new-look premises combine to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers can relax and enjoy traditional home-style cuisine and partake in a tipple from the well-stocked bar.
A free house, the Bridge Inn has a wide selection of ales on tap, including Worthington, Caffreys, Murphys, Carling, Grolsch and Strongbow, as well wines from around the globe and all the usual spirits and soft drinks.
There is also something to suit all tastes on the menu, which features an array of starters, together with main courses ranging from Pembrokeshire steaks and fish dishes to fresh supreme of chicken breast and gammon steak, plus curries like chicken balti and chicken tikka massala.
In addition, there is a selection of vegetarian options, a regularly changing specials board, plus a variety of home-made sauces to accompany meals and a choice of children's meals.
And in a bid to promote healthy eating, the Bridge Inn, which is now a non-smoking establishment, also has two complimentary salad bars.
But, everyone deserves a treat now and again and there is a mouth-watering dessert menu available too. The tiramisu and bread and butter pudding come highly recommended!
At lunchtime, there are also lights snacks available, such as freshly made sandwiches, toasties and baked potatoes, a ploughman's lunch and home-made soup of the day.
Meals are served daily between 11.30 am and 2 pm and in the evening from 6 until 9.30 pm.
The Bridge Inn is also available for functions for all occasions and menus for either a sit-down meal or a buffet can be designed to tie in with the customer's budget and requirements.
Situated on the B4314 between Narberth and Robeston Wathen, the Bridge Inn, which has ample parking, is open every day from 11.30 am until 2.30 pm and from 6 pm until closing.
