Cadets from 1284 Tenby Squadron Air Training Corps could carry out a litterpick across the town to raise funds to allow them to travel to Holland to take part in the Nijmegan Marches next year.
Tenby councillors made the suggestion at a meeting of the town council on Tuesday evening after receiving correspondence from the ATC with regards to funding.
"We could sponsor the cadets for carrying out various suitable tasks within the town which would benefit the community as well raise the profile of the ATC cadets at the same time," said Clr. Mike Evans.
The town clerk told members that he would consult with the town council's handyman first with regards to what tasks the cadets could partake in.
