A planning application for a residential development on land off Jesse Road and Station Road, Narberth, has been given the thumbs up by members of Pembrokeshire County Council's planning and rights of way committee.

The application, which sought outline planning permission for a residential development of 115 dwellings with access and scale for consideration at this time, was approved subject to a section 106 agreement and various conditions. It will also return to committee for reserved matters to be resolved.
