Plans to develop part of Saundersfoot Harbour have been given the go-ahead by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority's development management committee. Outline planning permission for the scheme, which will see the redevelopment of the former boatyard at the harbour, had been granted on two previous occasions. As well as the construction of a new slipway, illustrative plans submitted by the applicants, Jones and Teague, show a grouping of traditional buildings which would house a chandlery, harbour workshops and stores, watersports centre, cafe with residential flats above. The plans were approved at Wednesday's meeting.
