Well done to all who entered, you must be very proud of yourselves and a hearty congratulations to the winners.

Well done to the crowds who supported them from 6.30 am when the lifeboat went out to midnight, when they still cleered, clapped and banged.

Well done Tenby, it was very well organised and everyone deserves a pat on the back. We all enjoyed ourselves so much, it was smiles all round, everyone had a great time and all admired the competitors, their determination and their stamina, and some even shouted 'thank you,' as we cheered them on - amazing.

Many, many thanks Tenby for a wonderful day to remember.
