Three people were arrested as part of a high visibility operation in Narberth at the weekend.
Officers were joined by special constables and Pembrokeshire County Council's licensing team for the operation.
The operation saw a high visibility presence in the town on Saturday night into Sunday morning.
One woman was arrested to prevent a breach of the peace and one man was arrested for public order offences and one for public order offences and cannabis possession.
Three fixed penalty notices were also issued for people parking on pavements.
Various premises were visited by the licensing team, with one premises being reported for operating outside its hours.
Sergeant Aled Davies said: "Narberth can often see a large influx of people coming to the town for events at the weekends.
"We aim to keep it a safe place to live and work and will continue with similar operations like this.
"We will also be placing the two men arrested in front of the Behave or Be Banned (BOBB) committee in a bid to obtain a ban which we hope will further deter people coming to Narberth to cause trouble."
