Sir, On the evening of July 25, I suffered a slight accident on the High Street, Tenby, outside the Sun public house. I badly bruised my face and cut my forehead. Some young men, customers or staff from the pub I believe, came to my rescue and sent for the ambulance, and looked after me very well until the ambulance came. I wish to offer my very sincere thanks for their kindness and thoughtful behaviour. My sister, who was with me, wishes to add her thanks also. The stitches were taken out last Wednesday, the bruises have not faded yet, but will do so in time, but I am sure the memory of the kindness of the young men and one girl who was with them, will stay with me. I did enjoy my holiday in Tenby and I would like to visit again some time. Would you please pass on my thanks again for their kindness and care.
Olive Elliott, Leicester.
