The third meeting of the Environmental Network for Pembrokeshire will be held at the Albany Hall in Haverfordwest on Thursday, June 14, from 6 to 9 pm. Paul Davies and Angela Burns, the newly- elected Assembly Members for Pembrokeshire, will address the Network and answer questions on environmental issues. Stephen Hurr, of Pembrokeshire County Council, will inform the Network on the Wales Spatial Plan and the Local Development Plan. This will be followed by internal Network affairs. This meeting will start off a process of involvement of the Environmental Network for Pembrokeshire in policy development and delivery. The Network will provide an opportunity for groups to have a stronger voice to address environmental needs. The Network is open to all voluntary sector groups and organisations working to enhance and protect Pembrokeshire's environment. Organisations supporting the Network are PLANED, Keep Wales Tidy, the West Wales Eco Centre, the Biodiversity Partnership, the Pembrokeshire Rivers Trust, Friends of the Earth, the National Trust and many others.
