An ideal present for the person who has everything!
Why not sponsor a friend or relative to complete a parachute jump. Marie Curie Cancer Care would like to offer you the opportunity so here is your chance.
Marie Curie Cancer Care is looking for adventurous volunteers to make a fund-raising parachute jump during 2009.
There are two types of jump available - a 'Tandem Skydive' from 10,000-feet attached to a professional instructor and a 'Static Line' jump which is performed solo from up to 3,000-feet - and you can jump from any one of 23 British Parachute Association approved airfields across the UK the nearest being Swansea Airport. No experience is necessary as all training is given and all you have to do is raise £340.
All money raised from local people taking up the challenge will be used to support the Marie Curie Research Institute, where world class scientists are investigating how cancer develops to find better ways of treating the disease in the future.
So if you would like to book this thrilling skydive from 10,000-feet or an exhilarating solo jump from up to 3,000-feet call Sara on 01792 416435.
