Old Person's Day was celebrated on Monday, October 1, at Brooklands Nursing Home with an afternoon tea for all residents, family and friends. This was presented with wonderful fresh floral table displays and served in the finest bone china which included a lovely spread of delicious cakes. Soft background music was playing while residents enjoyed their tea, which was followed by a lively happy singalong, reminding everyone of the good old days. A lovely afternoon was enjoyed by all.
