President of the Inner Wheel Club of Pembroke, Monica Vanner, was pleased to be able to make a substantial donation to Parkinsons, Pembrokeshire.

The donation was made possible by the organisation of an afternoon tea and raffle at the home of long-standing member and past president, Joan Cox.

Guests to the tea were entertained by Marcia and June’s Ukelele Group.

Marcia James and June Willcocks are also members of Inner Wheel and are pictured at the event with their fellow musicians.

Accompanying Monica to the cheque presentation were Inner Wheel members Joan Cox, Margaret Phillips and Glenys Brown. Also in the picture are the chairman of Parkinsons, Pembrokeshire, Valerie George, deputy treasurer, Judy Whitfield, Marion Davies and Gaynor Robinson.
