The face of Tenby continues to change with demolition this week of the old Tenby Tyres building in Lower Park Road. It's part of the redevelopment of the Delphi site of which Pembrokeshire Housing is constructing, in partnership with WRW Ltd, a new residential complex, due for completion in late 2015/early 2016.
The flats are being built to Lifetime Homes Requirements, meaning they will meet the needs of a wide range of households, including families with pushchairs as well as some wheelchair users. The additional functionality and accessibility it will provide will also be helpful to everyone in ordinary daily life.
The development will be a mix of two and one bedroom flats, with the ground floor providing retail units. Once constructed, the properties will be leased back to South Terrace Developments Ltd.
