If you’re a fan of Thai cooking, you’ll be delighted to hear that an authentic Thai Night is being held on Saturday, February 20, at 7 pm, in the Regency Hall, Saundersfoot.
The event is being held by NSPCC Tenby and Saundersfoot branch. The NSPCC is a well-established charity providing a range of services for children. It is probably best known for ‘Child Line’ which gives confidentiality and support to children reporting bullying and abuse.
The NSPCC’s latest campaign called, ‘It’s time,’ aims to highlight the severe shortage of therapeutic support available for children who have suffered abuse. The charity is urging government to improve services for victims.
As with most charities, it is becoming increasingly difficult to come up with ideas for fund-raising. It is hoped that the Thai Night, which consists of authentic Thai food and entertainment, including kick-boxing, Thai dancing and a Dragon Dance, will benefit the charity and give a fun evening for donors.
Please go along and support this wonderful cause.
Ticket are available from the Regency Hall, Saundersfoot, at £17.50 each.
