Kelly Bentley, branch manager at FBM in Tenby, is celebrating her 10th anniversary with the company.

In February 2005 when she started as a trainee lettings negotiator based in the Haverfordwest office, at the age of 17, FBM instantly saw her potential in sales. By May of that year, she was working at the Tenby branch as a trainee sales negotiator.

With a huge amount of time and commitment, Kelly has progressed through the ranks of sales negotiator, senior negotiator and thereafter to her present position of branch manager which she became in November 2013.

Tim Brace, of FBM, commented: "Kelly is a conscientious, hardworking manager with a great eye for detail, a tremendous sense of humour, a good team player and always gets the best out of her staff and is a pleasure to have around the office."

Kelly added: "I cannot believe how the time has flown over the past 10 years. I have had the pleasure of working with some great people, I have a fantastic team around me and am looking forward to the next 10 years."
