Tenby Youth Council are holding an open day where youngsters are encouraged to come forward with ideas and suggestions.

The Youth Council is about young people in the area having a voice, being able to make decisions and becoming an active member of their community.

It links with other groups of young people and organisations that provide services to young people.

The next meetings are to be held at Tenby Youth Centre (located on Greenhill Avenue behind Tenby Library) on the following dates and times - Tuesday, from 4 to 5.30 pm; March 14, where an open evening will be held from 4 to 7 pm; March 21, from 4 to 5.30 pm.

A variety of activities are also held at Tenby Youth Club which is open from 7 to 9 pm every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening for 11 to 25 year olds.

Entry is free, and there are activities such as sports, art, cooking, gardening, challenge nights and monthly trips, as well as free pool, xbox, wii and internet.
