Pembrokeshire County Council is undertaking a traffic and parking study of Tenby.
The study will involve undertaking traffic surveys including traffic counts and questionnaires in late June and August.
Surveys will be carried out in order to produce a robust traffic and parking plan for the Unitary Development Plan period.
Roadside interviews of vehicles (in June only) and reply paid car park questionnaires will provide information on people's needs which will enable them to be addressed in the study.
Pembrokeshire County Council's director of transportation and environment, Huw Roberts said:
"The study will help us to determine traffic and parking needs in Tenby.
"The active co-operation of members of the public will be appreciated.
"Delays at the roadside interview sites will be kept to a minimum. We would like to thank motorists in advance for their help and patience in any possible brief interruptions to their journeys this June."
