The case of a twenty-year-old man accused of stabbing another male at a housing estate in Tenby, has been adjourned.

Oliver Dowling of Newell Hill, was charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding another male with intent to do him grievous bodily harm, following an incident at the Hafalnod estate on July 14.

He was also charged with possessing a knife blade/sharp pointed article.

Police stated at the time, that the victim was taken to hospital, but his injuries were not life threatening.

Dowling was also charged with possessing a quantity of cannabis.

The defendant appeared via video link from prison at Swansea Crown Court on August 18, but the case was adjourned until September 5, at the defence’s request.

Dowling was remanded in custody.
