Conditions on Sunday were considered unsuitable for safe sailing, so the racing was cancelled. Hopefully racing will take place this Sunday at the usual time.
Darts
Guess what? We won! I'll repeat that - we won! At last we seem to have overcome the inability to get that final double. Captain Terry Evans and vice- captain, Colin Parmenter, led by example by winning all their games. The celebrations are still going on. This evening we are again at home to Diggers B when we play the first round of the six- a-side shield. Terry is confident of a result.
Mexican Evening
What an excellent culinary experience. The food was superbly prepared by Daniel and Tracy Jackson and Ruth Tebbutt. Many thanks to Mark and Julia Dashfield for their invaluable assistance. A large turnout experienced a variety of authentic Mexican food which was much appreciated by all. Congratulations to Dave Llewellyn for wearing the best sombrero of the evening. Again, many thanks to the commodore and company for a great evening.

Great Steak Evening

St. Valentine's Dinner
