No epistle from Tenby Sailing Club this week as your correspondent, GP14, is actively involved in the Merlin Rocket national championships being hosted by the club. Racing in the championships has been going on all week, with the Rockets providing an eye-catching sight, both on and off the water, as can be seen from our picture. More than 60 boats from all over the country have been competing in the event, with a full report expected to appear next week... if GP14 can hold a pen, or tap a keyboard, that is! Meanwhile, there will be more national action in two weeks time, when the club hosts the Redwing championships. Again these colourful craft are sure to present an impressive sight in the bay.
