Tenby Rock 'n' Roll Club will be holding its next dance at the De Valence Pavilion on Sunday, August 2. Dancing will commence at 8 pm.

There's a small entrance charge of just £2.50 to cover the venue costs.

These evenings have always been enjoyable, with people returning each month to form a friendly group. New members, along with adult holiday visitors, are always made welcome, no membership fee is required.

Free basic dance instruction is available if required, but you can go along and do your own thing. These dances are very informal and are organised to give people a great night out. Jiving is an enjoyable way to keep fit and lose weight. You will burn fat, keep toned and increase stamina.

The De Valence is a superb venue, boasting a large dance floor, town centre location and bar facilities. So don't be shy, go along, step back in time and join in the fun.
