Road closures are due to take place in the centre of Tenby next week.

The closures, which are part of the Tudor Square enhancement programme, will affect Cob Lane, Tor Lane, and Cresswell Street.

The Pembrokeshire County Council scheme involves the construction, using high quality materials, of a new layout of the carriageway and footway within the square.

It will be necessary to close Cob Lane, Tor Lane and Cresswell Street from Monday, May 9, for a period of two weeks to install a new surface water drainage system from Cresswell Street to the entrance to Tor Lane.

Pedestrian access to Cob Lane and Tor Lane will be maintained at all times.

Vehicles will be diverted clockwise via Lower Frog Street and St. George's Street.

Vehicles will be diverted anti-clockwise via St. George's Street and St. Mary's Street.
