Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council on Tuesday night for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following: Mr. John Robson - proposed sub-division of existing site to create new two-storey detached dwelling and associated forecourt parking, at Astoria, Serpentine Road, Tenby (refused). Mr. John Williams - change of use of building to an indoor climbing centre and shop (D2/A1), at The Old Lifeboat House, Castle Slipway, Tenby (approval). Mr. Phillip Williams - alterations and extension to existing kitchen to include new utility room and alterations to garden levels outside kitchen to create new terrace area, at Bridge House, Bridge Street, Tenby (approved). Mrs. Sarah Simpson, Whitbread Group PLC - Premier Inn branded signage for new build hotel, at Premier Inn, The Norton, Tenby (refusal - not in keeping with other signage in the town).
