Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wingfield, 1 Town Farm Close, Thame, Oxfordshire - refurbishment of existing house and change of use to B and B guesthouse (three bedrooms), new gate for additional onsite parking and access to proposed garage at Weston Lodge, Harding Street, Tenby (approval).
