Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council on Tuesday for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire National Park Authority were the following:

Mr. and Mrs. F. Hutchinson - conversion of house to two maisonettes at Hereford House, Sutton Street, Tenby (no objections).

Mr. Wayne Rees, Macob Tenby Ltd - conversion of The Guildhall, Tenby, to create four new apartments. Construction of a four-storey link building with roof space accommodation to create 14 new apartments with under croft car parking and associated landscape works and the construction of a new town house on the site of an existing extension at The Guildhall, The Norton and The Croft in Tenby (approved).
