Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council this week for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:
Mr. and Mrs. Clements - demolition of existing hotel and owners house and creation of three new dwellings at Cottage Court Hotel, Narberth Road, Tenby (refused - over development of site and councillors regret the loss of another hotel).
