Last week Tenby Museum’s curator Mark Lewis and events and community co-ordinator Chloe Ashton-Milton brought a slice of the Museum’s history to the Memory Support group in Haverfordwest.
The Museum’s dementia friendly trained staff delivered the session, and the group were extremely grateful and especially enjoyed hearing about different pieces from the past centuries and their stories.
The group got the opportunity to hear more about the museums culture and how they have built their reputation working with their volunteers and other charity collaborations in the area.
The day consisted of handling some rare objects, which sparked conversation of how the previous era lived.
